Ticket/Reserve/Seating PolicyDiscounts: Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.Reserved Seating Policy: All seats are reserved. There is no General Admission seating. The Box Office reserves the right to hold back house seats for release prior to the performance, at their discretion. Ticket Reservations: Tickets are considered reserved only if: - they are prepaid with either cash, check, or money order - they are held by a credit card, and paid for with cash, check, or money order prior to the performance - they are provided compliments of the house for promotional reasons or as a reward to cast and crew - NOTE: Gift certificates, vouchers, and coupons do not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by the Box Office. Orders by Check/Mail: Checks are accepted at the Box Office or other authorized Ticket Outlet location with proper ID if required. Orders are accepted by US mail, provided tickets are still available. PPT is not responsible for lost or delayed payments by US mail. Tickets are reserved on a first-paid/first-served basis, even if you have provided advance notice to the Box Office of your payment by mail. Reserved by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Tickets reserved using a credit card will be charged to the credit card in the event the patron does not attend the performance. Exchanges: Always allowed to subscribers, subject to ticket availability to other performances of the same production, or in circumstances where Pec Playhouse Theatre is partially at fault. Other exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Box Office, and special consideration may be given to subscribers. We reserve the right to deny exchanges for tickets after the scheduled performance. Refund: There will be no refunds except in circumstances where Pec Playhouse Theatre is partially at fault, including cancellation of performance, and will only be given if suitable exchange cannot be made. Some extra considerations may be given to subscribers. Other refund requests and situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unclaimed Tickets/Seats: Due to the small seating capacity of Pec Playhouse Theatre, any unclaimed tickets are subject to release at curtain time. Seats that are unclaimed at curtain are also subject to release and resale. Waiting List Policy: For sold-out performances, a waiting list is started when the Box Office opens, and names are added on a first-come/first-served basis. We accept waiting list reservations over the phone, but you must be present when your name is called. Patrons on the waiting list will be seated as soon as unclaimed tickets are seats are released for resale. Special Seating Requirements: Available to patrons that require special seating due to physical or other impairment or condition. Please request special seating when making reservations. Pec Playhouse Theatre is wheelchair accessible (some assistance may be required). Performance Seating: Begins 30 minutes prior to curtain. There are no "bad seats" in the theatre; no seats have an obstructed view. However, some seats are closer to the restrooms and exits. Latecomers: Will be seated only at intermissions or at other appropriate and convenient times during the performance, and may be reassigned seats closer to the entrance. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed unbecoming. The staff has the right to enforce house rules and patron comfort. Schedules and Seating Arrangements: Are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of such changes. Photography, Videotaping, Audio, or other recording of event is expressly prohibited. Tickets are valid only for the event issued on the date and time specified. Food or beverage are not allowed within the theatre. Clear water is allowed. Not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, other articles, or personal belongings. Back to Top | |
